Chocolate Truffle Dessert

Ingredients
- graham cracker crusts 2
- chocolate chips 6 oz
- whipped topping 8 oz
- eggs 6, lightly beaten
- sugar 3/4 c
- flour 1/3 c
Preparation Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and let cool. Meanwhile, in a mixer, combine the eggs and sugar; mix until light yellow, about 10 minutes. Beat in the flour and the cooled chocolate mixture until thick. Split the batter evenly between the 2 crusts. Bake it for about 25 minutes, until puffed in the center. Let it cool. Refrigerate if you want it soft, and serve topped with whipped cream.
